- Commute (4.5 YTD) with additional ride. Started out with Ride to Zoka meeting, continued after for trip to end of shilshol. Rode back through Ballard for a visit with mom and some padh see lew with tofu at Thaiku (2x yummy). Then home. I was feeling a bit on the fatigued side when I hit the U-Village to home. 33.5 miles in 2:41. SLOW riding at 12.5 avg, trying to keep heart rate low to build base miles.
