Once upon a dream

When my mom was about my age, she traveled a lot, as she worked aboard tank ships. She got to see the world, something I’ve always envied her. But better yet - she got to see Disney World. When I was little I could sit for practically hours and look at the few pictures she had from her visit there: The teacup carousel, her and Goofy, Sleeping Beauty’s Castle. The pictures were taken with a poor camera and were dark of colour and somewhat blurry, but I loved them. I promised myself there and then that someday, I would go to Disney World.
