Our packs have been tested since 1979 and have proven to be comfortable, durable, and innovative in design. Bonny Doon Llama Packs produces the only pack on the market that combines both hard and soft pack technologies, concepts borrowed from the high-tech mountaineering industry.

We offer three types of llama pack systems and an optional aluminum frame:

The Basic: includes the padded saddle, panniers, mohair sternum and belly cinches, chest and butt straps. The panniers measure 12" deep, 18" long, and 7" wide. Pannier pockets are 2" x 6" x 9". Aluminum Frame: recommended, but sold separately. Stock colors: Burgundy or Navy Blue. $265.

The Backpacker: includes the same features and pannier size of The Basic plus adds two large matching compression stuff sacks measuring 24" long by 7" in diameter giving the pack one-third more carrying capacity. Aluminum Frame: recommended, but sold separately. Stock colors: Burgundy or Navy Blue. $285.
