Description
Was finally able to get out and see a few blocks of Guatemala today, seven days after arriving. I drove two of the kids groups to the park down the road. It is rainy season here but thankfully it was dry enough to get them out about about for an hour. Other than that I’ve been trying to fix one of the home’s computers, to no avail. I’ve spent two mornings on it so far, but once I resolve one issue another one pops up, and they’re all hardware issues too, so this computer may be a write-off. I despise ancient hardware.
The kids are adjusting to a more rigid schedule than they’re used to, but they seem to be pulling it off OK. Collin still has’t really adjusted to the new hours, but he’s been a trooper. He’s in a little group with two other one-year-old girls. His “posse”. Will post a pic when I get one, as they’re the cutest little trio.
