Basics: I'm in my mid-twenties and live in New York City. I work in publishing and aspire to write the Great American Novel. I've been listening to a lot of chick folk rock and alt-country lately. I've played the violin since age 9 and will eagerly talk about Bach with anyone who will listen. I used to debate, and coach debate, and still judge occasionally. There's a really bad movie about college debate starring Kirk Cameron called Listen to Me and I own a copy of it on VHS. It's currently sandwiched between The Wedding Singer and Flashdance. I have kind of a penchant for design from the 50s, as you may have noticed. I don't like tomatoes or mushrooms but do like olives. I'm lactose intolerant. I've never been further west than Iowa, and have only left the US to visit Canada. I studied Italian for eight years and am quasi-fluent. I'd like to visit Florence. I write a lot, and update this site frequently. I'm currently single, if you're really curious.
