- Femalehiphop.net is part of the Berlin-based project *Female HipHop*. In addition to the website, Female HipHop includes a theoretical reflection on women in hip-hop which will result in a publication in De:Bug magazine in march 2005 and aims to create new spaces for women by organizing events and concerts. There also are plans for a documentary film. The core motivation for *Female HipHop* is to show some love and respect to the culture that keeps us alive and inspired. Femalehiphop.net is focused on women in hip-hop because we think hip-hop needs a variety of styles and don't believe in any discrimination whatsoever.
