Why is this important?
"If a thing is worth doing, it's worth doing well" the saying goes. Every one of us should be able to feel proud of the work we do. This gives us a feeling of worth and achievement. We all need to have a sense of job satisfaction and this is only achieved if we feel that we are doing our best.
How can you do this?
Always try to ensure, wherever possible, that the standards you set for yourself are higher than the standards set by the people you work for. This will always result in high quality work.
