At long last, I have some news to report. I have been accepted as a doctoral candidate at ESADE in Barcelona. I will be working towards a PhD in Management Sciences in the area of Cross-Cultural Management. I am excited about the prospect and busy making the necessary arrangements for the move. I also plan to work part-time for Blau Associates, a Dubai based executive search and HR consulting firm. The owner, Manel Blau, is a friend of mine and I look forward to working with him on projects.
