- Neighborhood Investments LLC (NILLC) is a real estate investment company engaged in the business of buying, refurbishing, managing and selling residential properties. The business plan relies on increasing real estate values through improving the character of neighborhoods. Neighborhood character is improved in cooperation with Community Investment Enterprises (CIE). CIE, with funding support from NILLC, involves the residents of the neighborhood in building new economic infrastructure for the use and benefit of those residents, lowering the cost of living, improving the quality of life, and raising neighborhood property values. CIE is open to participation from all parties with an interest in the well being of the community.
