Purchase or Earn Discounts:
- From time to time, those holding shares in CIE will want to convert some of them to money for goods or services that CIE does not provide. CIE only redeems shares in exchange for goods and services it provides. However, CIE's computer system will maintain a page where shareholders can offer shares for sale and interested persons can bid for those shares. The value of the shares will be determined by the value the purchaser finds through the difference between the cost in shares and the cost in money. We anticipate that the value of the shares will vary.
- CIE may also, from time to time, offer shares as an incentive for money transactions. The shares would be like a coupon, entitling the holder to participate in the other goods and services offered by CIE.
