Qualified Investors:
- NILLC will consider offers to purchase an interest in its business from qualified investors as defined by the Securities and Exchange Commission. A private placement memorandum and proforma operating budget are available on request. The company will use its best efforts to maximize the value of the investors interest, and expects to disburse profits from time to time. However, long term value and disbursements will depend on factors affecting the real estate market that are beyond control of the company as well as the companies efforts to purchase and add value to individual properties and improve the character of neighborhoods. At start up, an undetermined percentage of the company's funding will be invested in shares in CIE and those shares will be available for distribution to the investors or for exchange in furtherance of the company's business.
