We are a small, registered, family run Estate Agent operating the Costa Blanca, Costa Azahar and La Safor regions of Spain (known as the Orange Blossom Coast). We cover property Inland and Coastal, from Valencia to Alicante and now also golf resorts in Murcia. Our office is in the main town of Xativa, Valencia. Xativa is a large, vibrant Spanish town full of history and places of interest, overlooked by the magical Castle on top of the mountain.
Moving to Spain, or just buying a holiday home can be a trying time and our aim is to provide our clients with all the help they need. We offer a Full Monty 'after sales' care service which covers all the red-tape encountered by people buying property. NIE numbers, registering your children into local schools, doctor registration and all the things that can be difficult and strange particularly if you don't speak the language. We also (where possible) use Notary's and Solicitors who speak English so that you, our client, are aware of what is going on all the time and not kept in the dark with only us, the Agent, speaking your language! We find this is very important to our clients and they feel more comfortable and relaxed throughout the purchase process. Once the property has been purchased, we provide you with our 'after care' pack. This pack contains information and contact numbers for all kinds of services that they may need during the settling in period. It also gives information on some basic things that are helpful, like emergency service numbers etc. etc.
We also provide a property Rental service, for those who are buying as an investment and want to make an income without the hassle of managing it themselves. We can provide everything for successful letting, all you have to do is sit back and count your income. Cleaners, gardeners, pool cleaners etc. - we also provide a key holding service which is useful if you are having deliverys to your property whilst you are away - we supervise it all. We can provide security checks on your property at regular intervals, whilst you are away, so you can rest assured that your property is safe at all times. Details of these, and other services are provided in your home-buyer pack when you purchase your property.
