This company also use harvested email address CD lists and contrary to their claims post numerous unsolicited emails, sometimes with soft porn embeded images like the latest one I received.
- From: "Stocking Stuffers"
- Subject: Premimum Novelties [Spam][100.0%][DNSBL]
- Message-ID:
with a naked woman with a "CLICK HERE" yellow diamond shape covering her bare backside. Text on the embeded image "Amazing savings on sex toys just in time for Christmas"
This is entirely inappropriate and can be criminal if the unwary recipient is a child! Redline cannot protect child recipients since they have no prior knowledge or relationship with the recipients on the Spammers email list
The proof that it is spam and they know it will be spam filtered and would be classified by recipients as spam is the kilobytes of unrelated text on various subjects is included to dilute the spamyness of the included text of the spam.
To top all that the spamvertised web URL in that spam is www.american-finance-help.com/home.asp which Error 302 redirects to redlinejewel.net which is redlines own sex toy shop.
The Spam from redlinewebservices also originate from IP's on the spamhaus.org block lists.
If you have something to advertise online, use a reputable advertiser like google-ads and pay the going rate. Anyone sending me spam advertising goes imediatly on mine and others boycott list. If I ever have cause to speak of any spamvertised product I and others will always spread the zero tolerance of spamvertiser companies and products.
Everything you choose to bulk email advertise is easily available from legitimate sources and that is where the product if needed would be sourced from. Never from YOU!
ALL ISP's recommend that one never respond to unsolicited email opt-out facility since it confirms a live valid email address and that goes towards the next premium edition of the bulk-email list CDs. The email addresses of mine spammed by this company are not opted-in to anyones mailing list. So it would be inapropriate to enter them into redlinewebservice.com opt-out facility.
Recomended action is to add a filter along the lines of, If From contains "redline" do not download from server AND delete from server.
If one does not delete the emails for any reason then next option is to complain to their upstream conectivity provider, currently Charter Communications. If you can get through to them they do have the authority to take redlinewebservice off the air for originating unsolicited bulk emails.
