What Is a KnowledgeSoup and how can we use and improve it?

As promised in viewtopic.php?f=6&t=77&p=157#p157 , here is my question.

In detail:

Is it possible to set the permissions to:

• Everyone (in the Web) can see it
• Each Cmap can be modified/deleted only by its author
• Each Cmap in the KnowledgeSoup can be linked with each other. (Or better on a fine-grained level: each remote node or edge can be linked to each other ).

Are there some experiences?
