REVIEW OF BESTABS
Best Abs is a company developed by Shawn Phillips, who has created and distributed books and DVDs focused on weight loss and results specifically in the midsection. He is brother to Bill Phillips who has also written a fitness book and is the editor of Muscle Media Magazine. According to the website, Shawn Phillips has “expertise in training, nutrition and supplementation.” However, the site fails to list his credentials and where he received this expertise; it may be not safe to just assume he has traditional education in these fields.
