OTBC is a non-profit organization that assists startup companies to achieve their goals with office infrastructure and coaching, advising, networking, entrepreneurship education and consulting services. OTBC's main aim is to provide entrepreneurs and start-up companies with access to industry leaders, education programs and office facilities. OTBC acts as a nurturer for the next generation of technology companies in the area.

Provide networking opportunities through OTBC Lunch and Learn events, as well as through targeted introductions. Clients can also have individual meetings with OTBC's Entrepreneurs in Residence
- Office Facilities and Infrastructure
OTBC also provides work space, Internet access, use of conference rooms, front desk reception, copying and faxing facilities, utilities and janitorial services, as well as, mail, shipping and packing services
