What

Figure out what it means to be Community Work.

  • questions to alert us might be
    • I am dealing with a person here?
    • Do they care about their issue or page?
    • Are they upset about what we are doing?
    • Do they have questions about AboutUs, the internet or wikis in general?

Why

  • To agree on what needs to be done on a regular basis
  • So that new community members can learn
  • So that available staff resources can go to what makes the most sense for building community

DoneDone

When the community team agrees that the page sufficiently describes what the team should be focused on

Steps to get to DoneDone
