Description - A complete description of the task.
Julia will work in Task & Project mode, meeting with several folks to figure out how to best use the new system. Julia will learn how to link tasks up to the higher purpose goals.
The business reason for the work.
This task supports our goal of Transparency. If I figure out how I would best like to use the system I can help others figure out how the new system can work best for them.
Done When - A complete description of the expected results.
When I can describe how I am using the system & invite others to add tasks for Fiops (Finance & Operations).
How can I help? - A list of actions to be done and meetings.
I would like to meet with JohnStanton, BrandonCSSanders, Ray and anyone else who is using the system in a way that looks helpful to me.
