(Saratoga, NY) – Cekor Technologies, Inc. has started it's Senior Check-In Service, which provides Senior Citizens with a new level of protection. Every day live agents make phone calls to Seniors who are living alone, or who have very little outside communication. After speaking with the Senior, the agent communicates their conversation to a family member or contact person via email. This assures the family members that their loved one is doing well. If the agent senses trouble they can immediately contact family members or emergency services personnel.
The Senior Check-In system has a built in web portal, that will allow the local Offices for the Aging, at no cost, to relay vital information to seniors on a daily basis via the Senior Check-In Agents. The communications channel will inform seniors about special programs and events, including weather related information to assist Seniors in case of power outages, floods or snow storms. Senior Check-In can provide the local County Offices for The Aging with monitoring data assistance for heating oil and meals on wheels programs at no cost, for those Seniors who request it.
Senior Check-In is available in all 50 States and will soon have Spanish speaking agents as well. The monthly cost of the service is $29.95 and includes a live phone call every day from the same agent. Arrangements can be made for Seniors requiring more than one call a day.
