The Peak Performance NYC website says that the feature this gym offers which is not so readily found elsewhere is an “All-encompassing mind, body and soul workout”; except they neglected to let us know exactly what this means or how they accomplish this. The truth is that the website is fairly barebones and really gives consumers some really limited information. Clearly, we found the concept of “an All-encompassing mind, body and soul workout” to be intriguing and we also found it disappointing that they did not delve more deeply into this concept.
