Wal-Mart Money Card
The Wal-Mart Money Card is a pre-paid VISA. It resembles a cross between a gift card and credit card. Getting one does not require a credit check or bank account, and they can be used anywhere that you would use a normal VISA credit card. You can re-load money onto yours at Wal-Mart.
