Check with Charlotte, NC BBB on BBB.org, and search for "Place Settings" Hundreds of complaints - take money and don't ship merchandise. • Tricia725 (frustrated) : I am frustrated because PlaceSettings.com essentially robbed me. They never sent my order and refuse to give me a refund three months later.
