Check with Charlotte, NC BBB on BBB.org, and search for "Place Settings" Hundreds of complaints - take money and don't ship merchandise. Have risen in the annual list of North Carolina BBB most complained about companies list to number 10. By next year they may be in top 5 most complained about. 09:06, 14 March 2008 (PDT)
