Established AFM minimum wage scales and working conditions enable members to remain competitive with each other with our limiting how high their earnings can be. They also are deigned to prevent employers form taking unfair advantage of musicians.
The AFM provides member with local jobs sponsored or cosponsored by the Music Performance Trust Fund(MPTF) - unique special funds negotiated by the AFM and supported by contributions form recording companies.
