What (summary)
A first task to get started on the DevelopmentFastTrack project.
Why this is important

- Developers meet and decide
- Preferred method for urgent tasks to enter our inbox
- How we'll track our level of service with respect to urgent tasks
- How we'll track how much time we're spending on these "outside" tasks
- Questions that we want to ask our customers
- Things we really want customers to know with respect to the DevelopmentFastTrack process
- Hold a meeting with customers to go over the DevelopmentFastTrack process and solicit their feedback
- Tweak the process to include the feedback
- Implement the process for an iteration
