What (summary)
Create a set of principles and expectations for the urgent tasks that come up that need to happen before the start of the next Iteration. These tasks that fall outside the planning game should be expected and cared for with empathy and professionalism. Additionally we need to track how much of our time is spent putting out these kinds of fires so that we can optimize our process for the kinds of proactive work that have the greatest yield.
