Viviannoah's Comments on FoodNetwork.com

  • Viviannoah (frustrated) : Why was there no mention of Justin Wilson's contribution of early cooking shows on chefography? His shows were entertaining as well as informative, and they ran for many, many years. His influence on cajun and southern cuisine was as relevant in the South as Julia Child's was on French cuisine was in the North. I am absolutely sure that many chefs, including Emeril and. all cajun chefs were influenced by him and his personality. 16:00, 13 April 2008 (PDT)
