Worldwide Development Coordinator
- Facilitate the DevelopmentPlanningGame to set DevelopmentPriorities
- Get developers what they need to accomplish DevelopmentPriorities
- Communicate with one or two developers from the Lahore office at least four days a week
- Equip AboutUs developers with what they need to contribute effectively no matter where they are in the world.
- I want to clearly communicate how projects map to the toplevel goals of the organization.
- I want to think strategically about the priority order of projects but I also want to spend time connecting dots. How the big picture looks like? I need to do a better job or articulating the big picture. It's not that I am articulating the whole picture but it's more coordinating the articulation of the big picture. Basically facilitating things.
