We have always wanted decisions about which pages are ready to feature to be a public decision, made by the community. We could make a list of pages that anyone believes are ready. Anyone may add a new page to the bottom of that list. Anyone may add their name to any page on the list. - Yes, definitely, this is like the poll you were suggesting. I think the poll is a great idea.
