On April 7, 2006, ModelsDB.com, Inc., a newly formed, Florida based corporation, agreed to acquire ModelsDB.com from the original owners of the site, Impact Zone Engineering, a Malaysia based company. Today, April 24, 2006, the transaction transferring ModelsDB.com to ModelsDB.com, Inc has been completed.
We would first like to thank Edmund Jude of Impact Zone Engineering for his assistance in making the transition as smooth as possible.
