Description
We have a new approach to this issue. Description: A consensus poll to create a prioritized list of employee benefits to be implemented as funding and business conditions permit
Why?
Business Reason: Improve the health, welfare, morale and productivity of employees
Done When
A priority list of employee benefits has been created and agree to by 90% of active employees

- Most of us (including me) seem to like this idea of the Benefits Consensus Poll. Community team is willing to set up Benefits Consensus poll (per operations group specs) to move forward. Thoughts? Asad
