Abstain The policy is certainly a lot simpler and clearer. Since this now no longer affects me in any way what so ever, I'm creating a new status for myself -- "Abstain". I'm content to watch if any other shifts to the document occur (and might change my status at that time), but don't want to be a gating factor on this right now and shouldn't be counted in the tallies pro or con at this point. edit
Tak, just to make sure our understanding of your concerns is correct, your main concerns are that:
- Some Employee Benefits are more important or just as important - but they are not being attended to - than LaptopPolicy e.g. health insurance.
- If the company has resources to address only one of these issues, health benefits should be the first priority.
- You are willing to say "Yes" if the company caters to the other Employee benefits as well.
Tak, have you seen the following tasks/projects:
Medical Plan Selection is on the current iteration for Operations Tasks, and Benefits Consensus Poll is on the iteration Plan for October 16-31. Do these address some of your concerns?
