We have a new approach to this issue. Description: A consensus poll to create a prioritized list of employee benefits to be implemented as funding and business conditions permit
Why?
Business Reason: Improve the health, welfare, morale and productivity of employees
Done When
A priority list of employee benefits has been created and agree to by 90% of active employees

I really like this task, and think its a great initiative. Also, I think, it can help accelerate the LaptopPolicy Process if it gets prioritized soon. Thoughts? Obed Suhail
- I see two ways forward to the LaptopContribution process. One is that it gets subsumed into this new Benefits Consenus Poll and the other is that the mere fact that this Benefits Consensus Poll seems near (prioritized, as Obed says) makes some of the staff curently at not yet feel their concerns are being heard and thus they are willing to move to yes. - Most of us (including me) seem to like this idea of the Benefits Consensus Poll. Community team is willing to set up Benefits Consensus poll (per operations group specs) to move forward. Thoughts? Asad
