CSTS, Inc. was founded in 1983. The company originally started out as a small engineering design firm providing upgrades and retrofit solutions to Hughes Aircraft (currently known as Raytheon) air defense systems throughout the world. Over the next few years, CSTS was experiencing a growing demand for their products and in order to maintain quality service to their customers, the company moved to a larger facility located in Orange County, California.
