Description

Some people may think that Mark is a professional photographer (at least the customs do when he shows up with his photo equipment), but he is not. Unfortunately. Instead, he has been working in the former New Economy since 1995, having seen its rise and fall. Right now he is working as consultant with focus on product manager/project manager roles for the telecomms industry. He is taking projects globally as long as the job is interesting. So, if you need someone with a sound experience in both Internet and Telecomms, please send him an e-mail (see above) containing a short project description. A full CV is available upon request.

Over the years, Mark has reached a professional quality in his photo work, and a good number of the photos have been published in print! Both the look and the technical quality are very good, within the given limitations of 35mm film material. Please remember that often just the scans are bad, compared to the original slides. Since he has switched to a professional camera, the Canon EOS 1ds mark II, his photos are fully suitable even for huge prints. So, if you are interested to publish any of the pictures, please have a look at the pricelist.

Mark ran this site as a hobby since 1999, adding photos whenever new pictures came along. But the site has not always been like this. Major relaunches in October 2002, July 2003 and July 2005 improved both the design and the usability. Today (December 2005) the site has some 20,000+ unique visitors each month requesting roughly 150,000 pages.
