The Rotary Youth Exchange Canada Bus Tour
Description
This tour was started 27 years ago by Bert Clifford of the Rotary Club of Stratford in District 6330. From June 29 to July 28, 2006, you will travel across Canada, starting in Cornwall, Ontario. We travel to Ottawa for Canada Day, then west all the way to Vancouver Island at the Pacific Ocean, and back to Ontario again. You will be spending a lot of time on the bus, 13,000 kilometers actually but you do have a fabulous opportunity to see and explore some of Canada's major cities, spectacular landscapes, wildlife and remote wilderness.
The tour is for Rotary Youth Exchange students and Rotex students anywhere in North America. The tour is a non-smoking event conducted according to Youth Exchange rules, including the 4 D's, and is organized and conducted by Rotarians. Neither Rotary International nor any Rotary District bears any responsibility for the tour's schedule, participation, or liabilities.
