The Western New York Family Care Consortium (WNYFCC) is an association of unions and businesses that are working together to support the family care needs of their 12,000 members and employees by creating programs and services to fill unmet community needs. Current members are:
The initiative was launched in 1996 with an initial focus on childcare programs and services. The Synergy Group of Buffalo, New York, is retained as WNYFCC’s consulting and management firm. The Synergy Group manages the effort for the unions and businesses and is responsible for program planning, development and implementation.
To dedicate the necessary financial resources and cooperatively provide administrative direction needed to realize the goals of the Western New York Family Care Consortium companies
