Wjj Software is a small software development house that specializes in C/C++ development. Since 1998 Wjj Software has been working on myBase project. Our goal at myBase is to help individuals and businesses manage information more efficiently and effectively, and make life easier.
Design Philosophy
myBase is based on our powerful freeform database engine, and currently available in three editions: desktop edition, networking edition and the web publisher. We've built a very flexible infrastructure for the freeform database engine, with the powerful freeform database engine, myBase renders the great flexibilities and convenience of manipulating information on workstations or over network. myBase Desktop supports add-on API that makes limitless possiblities for us and other companies/individuals to develop add-on utilities. In fact, a lot of in-built utilities for myBase Desktop have been implemented by using the add-on API. We even had several major utilities released as Add-ons, for example, WebCollect for IE/Firefox, and HtmlTree plug-in; This makes the product structure clear and helps significantly improve the main code's performance.
The main code is intended to provide a substantial number of powerful 'Organize' utilities, 'DB maintenance' tools, 'Fast Find' capabilities and a fast, intuitive, uncluttered user interface, while the add-on/plug-in API makes limitless posibilities for making the 'Capture, Share' utilities. For use in network environment, we've developed the totally networking edition that consists of a server and a client program. All this are based on our solid database engine.
