The "Wiener System Urkunde" (WSU) is an online-document at http://www.stenografie.com, by which the community can build a worldwide usable Stenography system, for which we alternatively suggest the names
Historically it was named the "Deutsche Einheitskurzschrift" (DEK).
For the convenience of the international audience it is now easier to recognize, to pronounce and referrable by the above (domain-) names, written here as:

Adaption to English
Fortunately there is an Adaption of the WSU to English (and other languages), which is described in a PDF-file. As this document is written in German, it is the task of the community to extract its essence, extend it and present it here in a form, that is useful for the international community-
