WhoWeAre Stage 2 is for brainstorming. This specific task is about getting the infrastructure in place, with yes meter and consensus poll notice, so people can begin participating in Stage 2.
How does this build community?
WhoWeAre is a chance for our community to define itself. Stage 1 was about agreeing on the question we are asking. Stage 2 is about making sure all aspects of the solution are articulated. The community becomes more self-aware through this process.
