- It began in August of 1998 in Dallas with one person sharing an interest with a few friends at a city park. Today we find that interest has grown to encompass an organization of over 1100 members worldwide and a number of affiliated practice groups. It is our hope to bring individuals together to learn and share the art of the whip. We encourage you to join us as we grow. Grab a friend and come out to the park on the first or third Sunday of the month, weather permitting. Wax your whips or just come out and we will find one for you to use. Come join us for a relaxed whip cracking good time.
