For most purchases, Wacky Wheatley's Audiotronic would be happy to exchange or give you a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. Digital Cameras, Desktop Computers, Notebook Computers and accessories are eligible for full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be returned in like new condition with original sales receipt and all original packaging, accessories, manuals and/or bonus merchandise that may have been provided at time of purchase. If not, a minimum restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price will be charged on returns unless the product is defective.
Computer Software, Video Games and all other Software products must be returned unopened with original sales receipt within 14 days to receive a full refund. Original merchandise found to be defective may be exchanged for the same title only.
