VON EVMAN ROTTWEILERS is located on a 11 acre property just north of Tampa, Florida. When you visit our property you will walk through our beautiful Oriental Bonsai Gardens. In the back of the property is our home and the beautiful dog facility shaded by large oak and fruit trees overlooking a 7 acre lake.
Our Rottweilers each have their own large fenced in yard and their own house so they can go inside and out as freely as they wish. We feel this is healthier than other kennels that keep their dogs inside a house or building locked up in cages where they cannot move. It is imperative for a dog to be able to go to the bathroom when they need and to exercise and play freely all day if they wish. Our bloodline and correct care has proven over the years to be more accurate care since our Rottweilers have a longer life span and are healthier than other breeders. Champ is a very large male Rottweiler and he has been with us since 1992.
Our whelping facility is a state of the art complex, separated from the other dog quarters where the mothers can quietly be very comfortable and deliver their puppies safely. They also have a indoor room and outdoor runs so they can go in and outside as they wish. It is designed to resemble a maternity ward decorated in pink and blue. A Veterinarian laboratory is also in the whelping facility where tests are performed on a regular basis to ensure the mother's and puppies health.
