Valley Center also has a mild climate in which such delicate crops as avocados, citrus, and flowers are successfully produced. There are several ways into the valley and, once entered, the rest of the world drops away, and one becomes aware of the beauty, orchards, flowers and decorative trees, lovely hills and majestic Palomar Mountain.
