Description
Description: At the Venture Northwest 2007 event we will have a booth. This task relates to the preparation of having a great booth for the event on 2 November.
Why?
Business Reason: This task supports the FundRaising and VentureNorthwest projects. Further, we attend several events a year which this task could support.
Done When
The booth should have:
- A computer & monitor to demo the site. (Who's computer? Which monitor? We need to re-install a factory monitor stand.)
- An about us banner which will hang down the middle of the table with our logo. (This can be used at any future event). We need Design from Vinh, ordering & picking it up...Vinh? Keith? Julia? (Not enough lead time to make this happen.)
- Brochures created from our past events... Vinh will ordrer
- Updated BusinessCards
