Richard P. Console, Jr. is managing partner and founded the firm in 1994. He attended the University of Notre Dame and later transferred to Villanova University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1989. After graduating with honors from Villanova, he was awarded a Richter Merit Scholarship to Rutgers University School of Law. There he earned his Juris Doctor degree and graduated cum laude in 1992. He founded the firm in 1994 and has dedicated his professional life to making sure that accident victims are not taken advantage of by insurance companies.
