Hi Kiva, If this is your real name. I did not slander anyone I simply let people know that this company operates under a rule of thumb. They do not inform their own customers of the Building Code Requirements.

I have had direct experiences with past clients, who have purchased racking. It is fact that they import china steel under a branded name of Pallet Racking called "Cascade Rack" and have not (In the past) let the customer know of any permitting or engineering requirements.
