  • Jfranks (frustrated) : I would like to contact someone at this agency to discuss slow and shoddy service that the Thrift Savings Plan is currently providing me. They were not able to provide a contact that I could send an e-mail to, just snail mail, and that just adds to the frustration of slow service. Please contact me at so I can explain my situation and hopefully find someone that can influence future requests from the TSP and the FRTIB. 08:22, 29 February 2008 (PST)
