- Eriq Brandon (frustrated) : What a rip-off! When you sign up they tell you it's a trial only and that they will send you an email to remind you to cancel before they start billing you. They never did. They just started charging me! And web you go on thier poorly designed web site thier is NO facility to cancel your membership. You have to call them to do so. 14:53, 3 May 2008 (PDT)
