The website owner should be traceable since players and other international bodies especially US federal authorities need to know these legitimate details about him. This site is a collaborative space. So constructive additions are great. When there is a rough spot in collaborating, like in this instance, you want to post info that the other person doesn't want posted here, if I understand the situation - there needs to be some creative problem solving implemented - what do you think could be said that would be constructive and asking the other person to think about doing good? There is no need to problem solve this issue, the site is on aboutus and therefore he should be accountable for his actions and not be able to hide behind aliases or behind you. I recommend you allow me to keep his name and contact details on here so that the authorities do know how to get to him, this is being constructive. He steals lies and cheats, there are many sites warning others of him. Seems to me we have a couple of different interests.

• You have a need for justice.
• The person running the company has a need for privacy.
• AboutUs has a need to keep this a constructive space. For example, your use of their company name as your login feels to me deceptive and not constructive.

I have demonstrated that it isnt just me that has been affected by the fraudulent company. Of course he has a need for privacy, he is commiting illegal acts against US citizens and breaking US and international law by stealing.

My login was exact. Clubworldcasinos is Jonathan Ferster and his details are accurate, why you deleted that I dont know.

What is constructive is that I am revealing who he is for others to know who to complain to when they have their money stolen too. you will be helping him succeed.

Ed, the bottom line is you are engaging in an EditWar - we don't like those because they don't help collaboration. I think everyone here understands your point, this person has done wrong and you want it publicized, do you understand ours - if your edits are not constructive for this website, you have other avenues to publish on the net, let Better Business Bureau know, etc... Mark What do you consider as a constructive posting? How is it non-constructive if his name is publicized. He doesnt want to be traced by the Federal Authorities and I have written to them and Better Business Bureau about him. By law if someone is committing an offence against the public then they public should know the offence and who is commiting it against them. You are basically covering for him and you are not being constructive. You are intervening in issues that you should not be, even though he has requested your protection. You should be more concerned about abouus.org portraying accurate information about websites.
